If you only want to install the license manager, clear all check boxes apart from the one entitled License Manager in the Products panel.After accepting the license agreement and supplying your license file to the installer, click next.

Launch the installer, and select New COMSOL 6.1 Installation.

NB: The online installer is smaller than the offline installer.
